It typically includes specific details or conditions that are not covered in the main contract, such as information about the piano's condition, any additional accessories included, or special terms of the sale. The addendum is used to provide clarity and ensure that all parties involved are in agreement on the specific terms of the transaction. **

Its unique structure also gives it properties that make it suitable for use as a lubricant and as an ingredient in some cosmetic products. **

Whether the rental agreement should be changed or an addendum should be added depends on the nature of the proposed changes. If the changes are significant and affect the core terms of the agreement, it may be more appropriate to amend the rental agreement itself. However, if the changes are relatively minor and do not alter the fundamental terms of the agreement, adding an addendum may be a more efficient and practical solution. It's important to carefully consider the specific circumstances and consult with all parties involved before making a decision. **

It is generally not allowed for an addendum to a test to cover the entire half-year of material. Addendums are typically used to address specific issues or topics that were not adequately covered in the original test. Covering the entire half-year of material in an addendum would likely be seen as unfair to students who had prepared for the original test based on the material that was covered in class. In such cases, it would be more appropriate to consider alternative solutions such as offering a makeup test or adjusting the grading criteria. **
