On the other hand, the Commonwealth is a large, organized community with advanced technology and resources. Ultimately, the outcome would likely depend on the specific circumstances of their conflict, such as the size of their respective forces, their strategic abilities, and any external factors. **

As an AI, I don't have personal opinions, but I can provide some perspectives. The decision for the USA not to be part of the Commonwealth is a matter of historical and political choice. The USA has its own unique history and identity, and its decision to not be part of the Commonwealth reflects its commitment to its own sovereignty and independence. While being part of the Commonwealth could bring certain benefits, such as closer ties with other member countries, the USA has chosen to pursue its own path and relationships with other nations. Ultimately, whether it is good or not depends on one's perspective and priorities. **
